Back Woods Quail Club is a premier shooting and hunting destination located on the historic Old Morrisville Plantation in Georgetown, SC. Spanning over 15,000 acres of open fields and timber lands, the facility offers a comprehensive range of shotgun sports, including two 15-station sporting clays courses, trap, skeet, and 5-stand. While the shotgun facilities are open to the public, the club also maintains private rifle and pistol ranges for members with distances reaching up to 300 yards.

Know before you go

  • Rifle and pistol ranges are closed to public use and are only accessible by members Monday through Friday.
  • Golf carts must remain on designated path sequences and must not be moved out of the correct order.
  • High-power shells larger than #5 shot are prohibited during specific events like pheasant tower shoots.
