Cody Firearms Experience is a state-of-the-art indoor shooting range and firearms museum located in Cody, Wyoming. Visitors can experience American history firsthand by shooting over 50 different types of firearms, ranging from flintlocks and muzzleloaders of the Old West to modern rifles and full-auto machine guns. The facility also features a North American wildlife display, a Western history exhibit, laser arcade, and indoor axe throwing, all in a safe, instructor-led environment.

Know before you go

  • Children aged 8 to 11 are restricted to .22 caliber firearms and the Gatling Gun.
  • All individuals wishing to shoot full-auto firearms must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Shooters aged 12 and above may use all calibers subject to Range Safety Officer approval.
