Ocmulgee WMA Shooting Range — Hawkinsville, GA

The Ocmulgee Shooting Range is located on Ocmulgee Wildlife Management Area in Pulaski County. Green Tip or armor piercing ammo is not allowed at the range. A range safety video certification is required.

Know before you go

  • Users must complete a Range Safety Video Certification via GoOutdoorsGeorgia prior to arrival.
  • All visitors aged 16–64 must possess a valid Georgia Hunting License, Fishing License, or Lands Pass for access, as there are no on-site sales.
  • Eye and hearing protection are mandatory at all times on the range.
  • Rapid fire is prohibited; at least one second must be allowed between shots.
