An outdoor, unsupervised public firearms range managed by the USDA Forest Service within the Tuskegee National Forest, offering target shooting benches at distances of 20, 50, and 100 yards.

  • Day Pass: $3 / daily

Know before you go

  • Touching, adjusting, or casing firearms at the shooting benches is strictly prohibited while the range is 'Cold'; all persons must step completely back from the concrete line while others are downrange.
  • Only freestanding, user-provided paper or plastic targets attached to target stands are permitted; shooting household trash, appliances, bottles, or clay pigeons on the ground is a federal violation.
  • A mandatory $3 Day Pass must be purchased from an off-site vendor (such as the Torch 85 Truck Stop) prior to arrival, as there is no payment kiosk or registration box located at the range.
